Find Your Valencia Apartment

Use FirecrawlFirecrawl is a service that reads a permitted web page and returns its content in a format an n8n workflow can use. to extract apartment listings and send only new matching apartments in a concise morning brief.

Your task

Every morning at 08:00, send a Telegram brief with up to five newly discovered Valencia apartments from Idealista or the fixture pages provided below. Include only homes costing no more than €1,200, with at least two bedrooms, in your favourite parts of the city.

Your bonus task

When no new apartments match your preferences, send a short Telegram update: “No new apartments found today.”

Before you start

    Create an n8n Cloud account or use a self-hosted n8n instance.

  2. 02

    Create a Firecrawl account, use its free starter credits, and follow the official n8n setup guide to add the verified node and create a key – the secret value that lets n8n use your credits.

  3. 03

    Create a bot with Telegram’s BotFather instructions, then follow the n8n Telegram credential guide and obtain the test chat ID.

  4. 04

    Choose a rental page on Idealista or use the provided fixture pages for day 1 and day 2. Choose your favourite neighbourhoods and use them in your filters.

What the workflow must do

    Each listing IDA listing ID is the stable unique value used to recognize the same apartment across different workflow runs. is checked with cross-run deduplicationCross-run deduplication remembers values from earlier workflow executions so the same apartment is not sent again.; only unseen homes matching all three preferences remain, sorted by lowest price and limited to five.

    Telegram receives one readable brief with every selected home; the bonus workflow sends one clear no-new message when the same day 2 page is run again.
